These terms govern your relationship with DreamCare regarding the home subscription model and various home maintenance services provided by us.
All work conducted by our professionals comes with a 7-day quality guarantee. If issues arise from the same service within this period, we will address them at no extra cost.
In case of accidental damage caused by the company's professional during service delivery, compensation of up to ₹3,000 will be provided following an internal assessment.
Price rates for materials and additional services are subject to fluctuation and may be changed at any time by the company without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute between the company, members, and vendors, all parties agree to resolve the matter through mutual understanding and good faith discussions instead of pursuing legal proceedings.
Subscribers can avail of a maximum cumulative labour discount of up to ₹10,000 under the standard subscription plan.
Once activated, memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable. The subscription is tied to the registered individual and the verified address.
Membership is tied to the registered house address and cannot be used at multiple locations. Any change in registered address must be formally updated in our records.

DreamCare Home Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services beyond the liability coverage mentioned in Section 2.
